Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support the conveyancing process by managing documentation, coordinating communication between clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transaction progress. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help facilitate efficient property transfers, making a real difference in clients’ lives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal administrative expertise within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing conveyancing documents and contracts
Coordinate communication between clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties
Manage case files using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks using effective time management skills
Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence to support legal compliance
Support the team in conducting property searches, title checks, and other due diligence activities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and updates
Use of CRM system and complying with training requirements

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus but not required
Basic IT knowledge to navigate legal software and online databases effectively
Prior experience or familiarity with conveyancing processes is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
