The Quran Hub is seeking to appoint committed and ambitious teachers to work from home. This is an excellent opportunity whether you are an experienced teacher, or a new graduate from a reputable institution/Madrasah from the UK. A successful candidate will be involved in continuous development of teaching students online, with the assistance of various professionals. In addition to this, you will also be able to enhance your skills & knowledge and gain further experience in the field.

Responsible to:

Head Teacher

Key Responsibilities

Implementing structured lesson plans that align with The Quran Hub's curriculum and teaching objectives.
Providing personalised feedback and guidance to each student to support their individual learning needs.
Incorporating interactive and engaging activities to enhance students' understanding and retention of Qur’ānic concepts.
Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported in their academic and spiritual growth.
Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in Qur’ānic education and Islamic studies.
Communicating regularly with parents to provide updates on students' progress, address any concerns and reinforce the importance of parental involvement in their child's education.
Teaching recitation of Qur’ān fluently with Tajweed
Carrying our any duties requried by management such as reports, enquiries etc.
Upholding The Quran Hub's values of integrity, professionalism and dedication to providing high-quality Qur’ānic education in accordance with Islamic principles.
Collaborating with fellow tutors and management to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and materials.
Preparing students for Muslim life in the 21st century

Demonstrates good subject and curriculum knowledge
Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
Plan & teach well-structured lessons
Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
Adapt teaching to respond to strengths and needs of all pupils
IT proficient
Must hold an Enhanced DBS
Excellent spoken and written English
Proficient reciter of the Qur’ān with advanced understanding of implementing tajweed rules
Proactive tutor ready to enhance their skills
