Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista & Front of House Worker to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they are looked after from the moment they enter the building to when they depart
Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter or table
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of both the front and back of house areas, including tables, counters, and storage areas
Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods through effective time management
Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance the overall experience for patrons

Experience

Previous barista experience is essential; however training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success in this role. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a welcoming space. We value enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
