The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team. You will play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous learning across the organisation by managing training systems, coordinating sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the training calendar and bookings
Lead implementation and upkeep of the PeopleXD (HR System) Learning Module
Track mandatory training compliance and escalate non-compliance
Produce monthly reports and dashboards for managers
Support onboarding and induction for new staff
Standardise learning and development processes across services
Liaise with external training providers to source cost-effective training
Respond to training queries and gather feedback to improve learning offers

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Experience with HR or learning systems (e.g. PeopleXD)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Commitment to confidentiality, equality, and inclusion

Desirable:

Experience in social care or working with vulnerable groups
Familiarity with statutory training requirements in care setting
