Full job description

Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic property manager/administrator to provide support to the businesses. Ideally you will have experience in both residential and commercial property but just one would be acceptable.

A good working knowledge of freehold and leasehold property would be an advantage. Accurate typing with a good sense of layout and presentation of letters and documentation. A good telephone manner and the ability to deal with clients / customers.

Duties

Manage all administrative functions related to property management, including tenant communications and lease administration.
Advise tenants of any works of a tenant responsibility and arrange for re-inspections as required.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and maintain excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants as appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and files for all properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolutions.
Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates as required.
Support the property management team in various tasks as needed.
Follow up inspection of properties following any major works undertaken by contractors to confirm they have been undertaken to an acceptable standard.
Responding to tenants in relation to general queries, including service charge

Skills

Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent office skills, including data entry and document management.
Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving processes within the office environment.
