Customer Sales Advisor / Account manager

Location: Shrewsbury (Unit B & C, Vanguard Trade Park, Vanguard Way, Shrewsbury, SY1 3AS)

Do you enjoy talking to people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team in Shrewsbury. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll spend a lot of time speaking to our trade customers, keeping them engaged, building long-term relationships and helping them find the right products for every job.

Whether you're speaking to customers on the phone, welcoming them into the depot or visiting a customer's home to carry out measurements, you'll play a key role in helping your depot grow.

What you'll be doing

Building strong relationships with new and existing trade customers
Calling existing customers to keep them engaged and identify new sales opportunities
Preparing and following up quotes, enquiries and leads to maximise sales opportunities
Helping customers choose the right products for their projects, in the depot, over the phone and during home measure appointments
Managing customer accounts and encouraging repeat business
Working closely with your depot team to deliver outstanding customer service
Achieving depot sales targets and helping your depot grow
