Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Architectural Technician to join our practice. The successful candidate will play a role in developing accurate planning and technical drawings.

Duties

Prepare detailed technical drawings using CAD software
Prepare panning drawings/ statements
Develop 3D models and visualisations employing SketchUp/ Photoshop etc
Ensuring compliance with client specifications and building codes.
Collaborate with stakeholders engineers, planners, building inspectors to produce high quality packages.
Support the realisation of graphic design elements for project presentations and client proposals.
Ensure all drawings adhere to project deadlines and quality standards while maintaining organisation of project files.

Skills

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop
Strong understanding of schematics, CAD standards, and construction documentation processes.
Experience in system design within architectural or engineering contexts.
Knowledge of graphic design principles to enhance visual communication.
Familiarity with construction processes and experience working on architectural projects
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Pay: £100.00 per day

Work Location: In person
