Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic and welcoming environment! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality will ensure every visitor has a memorable experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a dynamic team.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm, ensuring prompt and accurate service
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, following all food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving practices
Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring the bar is fully equipped for busy periods
Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and safety standards

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A friendly personality with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
