Salary

Up to £45,000 OTE

We offer a competitive basic salary based on experience and qualifications, with realistic opportunities to earn up to £45,000 On-Target Earnings through overtime and performance-related opportunities.

A Workshop Built for Modern Vehicle Repair

Unlike many independent garages, we’ve invested in the equipment needed to carry out work that others simply can’t.

Our facilities include:

Class 4 & Class 7 MOT testing
Extended Class 7 MOT ramp
Local vehicle recovery service
Main dealer-level diagnostic equipment with gateway access
Manufacturer-level programming and coding equipment
Advanced oscilloscope diagnostics
ECU programming and performance tuning
Wheel alignment
Air conditioning servicing and repair
DPF cleaning
Transmission servicing

The Work You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same.

You’ll work on a wide variety of vehicles carrying out:

MOT Testing (Subject to licence)
Advanced diagnostics
Electrical fault finding
Engine management diagnosis
Servicing and maintenance
Timing belts & timing chains
Clutches
Suspension & steering repairs
Braking systems
Air conditioning
Vehicle programming
Performance upgrades
General mechanical repairs

This is an opportunity to broaden your skills while working with some of the best equipment available to an independent garage.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a valid MOT Tester licence (preferred)
Is Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
Enjoys diagnostics and fault finding
Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
Wants to continually improve
Works well within a team
Has excellent attention to detail
Holds a full UK driving licence
