Full job description

Join a Growing Engineering Business

Temla Laser is a fast-growing manufacturing company specialising in laser cutting, CNC bending and fabrication.

We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and develop customer relationships while learning the commercial side of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management within a modern engineering environment.

You'll work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating projects and helping grow customer accounts.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent service
Preparing quotations and following up opportunities
Building strong relationships with customers
Supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery
Working closely with production to ensure customer requirements are met
Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend
Helping achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently
Maintaining accurate customer records and account information

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, proactive attitude
Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
Confidence speaking with customers and solving problems
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Manufacturing or engineering experience is beneficial but not essential
Experience in customer service, sales or account management is advantageous
