Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, fostering a positive work environment for staff, and driving the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and bartenders, to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to culinary standards and food safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock for food preparation and service.
Develop and implement training programmes for new hires, focusing on hospitality skills and food safety practices.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Monitor guest satisfaction through regular feedback and take necessary actions to enhance the dining experience.
Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of both front-of-house and kitchen areas in compliance with health regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and food safety standards.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate team members.
Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is advantageous but not essential.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
