Compliance Administrator

Location: Birmingham, B37 7HE (office-based role)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:00, Friday, 07:30-16:00 (30-minute daily unpaid break)
Salary: £26,436.80 per year

Overview

We are a growing and ambitious global company looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with business administration experience who is eager to develop their skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Working closely with members of the Compliance and Client Services team, you'll play a key role in delivering administrative tasks for the business, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and looking for a role where your contributions really make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carry out accurate data entry and administrative tasks to support the Parking Charge (PC) process
Interpret issues arising and implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
Photocopy / scan relevant documents
Support with managing internal mailboxes
Open all post, accurately log on our system and distribute to relevant departments
Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
Assist other teams with administrative duties
Review images of vehicles to ensure the registration number read by the camera matches the images and match up payments where possible

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
