Job Title: Sales Administrator – Double Glazing Industry

Location: Derby
Pay Structure: £18k + commission (full time)
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Admin in the Double Glazing Industry, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This is a customer-focused role that involves both inbound and outbound calling, so excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our double glazing products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations, ensuring they are a good fit for our services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct in-home consultations and provide quotes.
Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during every customer interaction to build rapport and trust.
Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our double glazing products and services, including energy efficiency, security, and aesthetic improvements.
CRM Management: Input and update customer information and lead details into our CRM system to track progress and follow up as needed.
Performance Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and leads generated.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous telemarketing, sales or customer service experience preferred. Experience in the home improvement or double glazing industry is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
Sales Skills: Comfortable with making cold calls and handling objections in a friendly and professional manner.
Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport with potential customers and provide excellent customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets or KPIs.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with sales representatives.
