Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and profitability of properties, whilst delivering exceptional service to tenants and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong administrative skills and a background in property management.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers
Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant relations to maximise occupancy rates
utilise property management software such as Yardi for data entry, reporting, and record keeping
Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure standards are maintained
Handle tenant enquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette
Assist with marketing vacant units through upselling features to prospective tenants
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking to optimise property performance
Support administrative tasks including document organisation, correspondence, and filing

Skills

Proven experience in office administration or property management roles
Strong proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
Previous office experience demonstrating organisational capabilities
Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle tenant and vendor communications professionally
Ability to upsell property features effectively to prospective tenants or clients
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members
