Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Catering Trailer Staff member, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional food service in a lively, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for preparing delicious food, serving guests with enthusiasm, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties

Prepare a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly professionalism and a positive attitude.
Manage food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
Assist with setup and breakdown of catering stations before and after events.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness of the trailer workspace, including equipment and utensils.
Support time management by coordinating tasks to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and portioning ingredients accurately.
Kitchen or culinary experience that demonstrates familiarity with food handling procedures.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests.
