QMGS is a leading medical-legal agency, working with solicitors around the UK to provide services in medical record pagination and expert reporting. We're proud to be a fast-growing employer in the Shropshire area, with a focus on quality service and looking after our employees.

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our financial department in daily administrative tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities
- Processing and recording financial transactions accurately
- Posting sales receipts to our accounts system
- Purchase ledger invoice entry
- Handling queries from clients and vendors regarding financial matters
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring

Experience
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role

- A degree or qualification in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
