Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Wedding Coordinator, where your passion for creating unforgettable events will shine! In this vibrant role, you will be the driving force behind seamless wedding experiences, guiding couples through every step of their special day. Your energy, organisational prowess, and exceptional communication skills will ensure each wedding is executed flawlessly, leaving lasting memories for clients and guests alike. Duties

Collaborate closely with couples to plan and coordinate all wedding details, from initial consultation to the final send-off
Manage event timelines and logistics
Upsell additional services such as décor enhancements, special packages, or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
Oversee setup and breakdown of wedding ceremonies and receptions, ensuring all elements align with the couple’s vision
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain meticulous organisational records of all wedding arrangements, contracts, and schedules
Coordinate with hotel or venue staff to ensure all hospitality standards are met and exceeded

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or restaurant service is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations and service excellence
Proven ability in event planning or coordination with a focus on weddings or large gatherings
Strong time management skills to juggle multiple weddings simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, staff, and guests effectively
Demonstrated organisational skills with keen attention to detail in managing complex event logistics
Experience in fundraising or guest services can be an asset in creating memorable guest experiences
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment
