Location: Council Offices, Almada Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AA

Hours: 35 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm

Salary: £37,702 - £38,779 annual salary

Are you highly organised, proactive and confident supporting senior leaders in a busy environment? We’re looking for a professional and discreet Secretary to provide high-quality executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and senior management team.

You’ll be confident using digital systems including Microsoft 365, managing competing priorities, preparing accurate documents and working with colleagues across the council. If you’re flexible, efficient and take pride in delivering excellent support, we’d like to hear from you.
