Payroll Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking individual with the willingness to learn and develop throughout their role. The company is fast paced so are looking for someone who can meet deadlines and work well in a team and individually.

You will need experience with processing payrolls on a monthly basis, dealing with employee queries, able to use Sage Payroll.

Experience of end-to-end monthly payrolls, including salary calculations and statutory payments (e.g., SSP, SMP) is essential.

You will need experience working to a tight deadline every month with the company payrolls, being able to prioritise and manage work efficiently. You will need to have attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process employee payrolls accurately and on schedule using Sage Payroll. Experience of dealing with payroll is required (2 Years).
You will be completing the daily bookkeeping , reconciling the banks and credit cards, logging invoices, running the supplier payments on a monthly basis, be able to submit VAT returns, ensure payments to HMRC are setup on time, be able to work productively and efficiently. Experience with Sage Accounts would be beneficial.

Experience

Payroll: 2 years (preferred using Sage Payroll)
Bookkeeping: 1 Year

Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
