Commercial Operations Coordinator
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire (Office-based)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Join an Innovative Global Medical Technology Company
The Simulator Company is a UK-based medical technology manufacturer specialising in advanced simulation systems for ECMO, ECLS and critical care training. Our innovative products are used by hospitals, universities, medical training centres and healthcare professionals worldwide, helping improve clinical education through realistic, high-fidelity simulation.
As our business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Commercial Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing MedTech company where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Directors and wider team, supporting customers and coordinating commercial activities that help drive the business forward.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position combining commercial operations, sales support, customer success and operational support.
You will become the central point of coordination for our commercial activities, helping to ensure enquiries, quotations, demonstrations, customer communications, orders, deliveries and after-sales support are managed professionally and efficiently throughout the customer journey.
Working closely with the Directors and wider team, you will help ensure opportunities continue progressing, customers receive an exceptional experience and the day-to-day commercial operation of the business runs smoothly.
This is not a commission-based sales role and does not carry an individual sales target. Instead, it is an opportunity to play an important role within a growing international business, taking ownership of commercial coordination and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Full product and systems training will be provided. Whilst previous experience within medical technology is advantageous, a willingness to learn, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach are far more important.
