Full job description

We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our busy Team in Manchester / Chester. This role will involve providing senior administrative support to the project Team.

Responsibilities: Provide support to senior team members, the wider team and collaborating with other departments
Liaising with stakeholders, ensuring positive working relationships are maintained and resolving complaints and enquiries
Monitoring active projects and developing measurable performance indicators
Managing inbox/diary management and organising meetings, travel and supporting events
Creating documents including reports, spreadsheets and presentations as required
Being the first point of contact for guests and visitors
Generation of meeting minutes
PA function to core SLT team
Coordinating cross party meetings with client admin team
Coordination with sector PAs for leadership diaries
Meetings facilitation
Support with On and Offboarding of team members
