Fever-Tree is the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers for alcoholic spirits by retail sales value, with distribution to almost 100 countries worldwide. Based in the UK, the brand was launched in 2005 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow to provide high quality, natural mixers which could accompany the growing demand for premium spirits. We are continuing to develop and innovate, launching new products in exciting categories such as alcohol-free, adult soft drinks, and cocktail mixers. As part of this evolution, we have launched a new global strategy to strengthen perceptions of the brand as both a soft drink and a mixer, supported by our latest campaign: ‘Straight up or mixed, it’s a matter of taste.’

The environment at Fever-Tree is fast-paced and requires initiative and proactivity to succeed. We're looking for people to help define how Fever-Tree evolves as a brand as we continue to grow and innovate within the drinks category. The next few years will be an incredibly exciting time to join the business.

Role Overview:

Fever Tree opened their first ever bar at Edinburgh Airport in May 2022 and we are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at our flagship site. Ideally you are currently established in a similar role & bring out the best in the team around you.

You will be a key part of the management team and a visible, inspiring leader on the floor. You’ll help drive standards, motivate the team, and support smooth daily operations. With premium drinks, speciality coffee and a carefully curated food menu, every guest should feel like their journey has started in style.

Key Responsibilities:

The day-to-day operations of the business and implementing our brand standards.
Focusing on delivering premium service
Crafting a signature customer experience by going above and beyond for guests.
Living the brands’ citizenship ideals and ensuring it’s core to the daily operations.
Ensuring business is compliant, under Fever-Tree’s and the airport’s Health & Safety and food safety standards.
Be an ambassador for Fever-Tree, ensuring our brand service standards are delivered.
Aid in managing budgets effectively, including P&L accountability
Leading and motivating the team

Skills required:

Self-motivated and a passion for delivering excellent service
Hands on & detail oriented
Problem solver and a ‘get things done’ attitude
Sound knowledge of food standards and H&S practices
Team Player
Inquisitive nature.
Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with a huge range of people
Ability to develop, coach and inspire a high-performing team
