Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and upholding high-quality service. Duties

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel to ensure smooth operations
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies
Coordinate daily service activities, including reservations, seating arrangements, and order flow
Train and develop team members in hospitality best practices, food production techniques, and customer service skills
Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized environment that adheres to safety standards
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food quality and efficiency during busy hours
Implement marketing initiatives or special events to boost customer engagement and sales

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with demonstrated team management skills
Extensive restaurant experience with a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Background in culinary arts or related fields is highly desirable
Experience in food safety management and food production processes
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including serving protocols and guest relations
Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not required
Leadership qualities such as motivation, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential
