Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of employee data, HR systems, and administrative processes. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR workflows, and support our organizational growth. Duties

Manage and maintain HR information systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ATS platforms to ensure accurate employee data entry and updates
Support recruitment activities by coordinating applicant tracking through Salesforce or other ATS tools, including job postings and candidate communications
Oversee onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee recordkeeping while ensuring confidentiality and data security
Handle social media management related to HR initiatives to promote company culture and attract top talent
Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, or system access using excellent communication skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar platforms
Strong administrative experience with data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively interact with employees at all levels
Familiarity with ATS platforms like Salesforce or Taleo for recruitment management
Knowledge of social media management tools for internal communications or employer branding efforts
Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism
