Office Administrator

At Home Front Outdoor Play, we design and build high-quality, handcrafted timber playgrounds that inspire imagination, creativity, and active play in homes, nurseries, schools, local parks and hotels (to name a few) across the UK.

With a focus on safety, sustainability, and craftsmanship, our team is passionate about creating outdoor spaces that children love and brings communities together.

This exciting role will be based at the company’s head office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong financial attention to detail, a warm customer-focused approach, and the ability to keep our busy office running like clockwork.

The role

This isn’t just about day-to-day admin; it's about being the operational heartbeat of Home Front Outdoor Play. Whether you're managing company finance workflows, coordinating internal requests, or serving as the friendly first point of contact for our customers, your work will directly support our team in delivering incredible play spaces nationwide.

Responsibilities include

● Financial administration: Managing invoicing, credit control, and purchase ledger tasks efficiently.

● Procurement: Placing and tracking supplier orders to support office and project needs.

● Office management: Overseeing daily office operations to ensure a structured, productive environment.

● Internal coordination: Processing employee holiday requests and managing expense claims.

● Customer service: Handling first-line customer enquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and warmth.

● General support: Upholding high administrative standards and supporting team members across the business.
