Software Sales Executive £40,000 - £50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+) Hybrid Working (1 day per week in Crewe) 25 Days Holiday + Healthcare

As a key player in our Sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing and expanding our digital business across the UK and Ireland. You will be tasked with achieving specific sales targets while establishing rapport and building strong relationships with all customers. Your commitment to providing the best possible service will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Purpose

To drive revenue growth by winning new business and growing existing accounts across the commercial, education and public sectors. You'll sell SG World's market-leading Visitor Management and Health & Safety SaaS solutions, build lasting customer relationships and consistently deliver against sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing

Winning new business.
Growing existing accounts.
Delivering engaging software demos.
Managing opportunities from lead to close.
Exceeding sales targets.
Building long-term customer relationships.
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Keeping your pipeline and CRM up to date.
Generating referrals and repeat business.
Becoming an expert in SG World's solutions and markets.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 12 months' B2B SaaS or software sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment.
Strong new business development, prospecting and lead generation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term customer relationships.
A consultative sales approach with an understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GAP Selling and Solution Selling.
Excellent presentation, communication, listening, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-led solutions.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system, ideally HubSpot.
Confident delivering software demonstrations via Teams, Zoom and other virtual platforms.
Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and take ownership of results.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records.
A resilient, positive and target-driven mindset with a genuine passion for sales.
A collaborative team player with a customer-first approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, reliability and maturity in all customer interactions.

The Package

Salary – up to £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Uncapped commission - OTE c. £80,000
Hybrid working ( 1 day per week in Crewe)
Holidays – 25 days per year (increasing with length of service up to 28 days) plus Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown
