What's the role?

To provide administrative support to the Service Department to ensure the smooth running of site installs, service work and spares contracts. 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative duties to enable the smooth running of the Service Department.
Assisting in obtaining the correct documentation to enable the Field Service Engineers to travel to customer sites.
Accurate training records, in conjunction with the H&S Team
Appropriate medical records
Complete travel arrangements
Site access passes
To assist in the smooth operation of despatching tapchanger spares kits to customers.
Scanning/cataloguing drawings and other historical data.
Processing of timesheets and expenses.
Stationery and workwear ordering.
Creating purchase requisitions.

What we’re looking for:

Highly computer literate with the ability to maintain- accurate records.
Ability to work with all recognised IT systems including advanced proficiency of use in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc.) and internet/intranet applications.
Strong administration experience
