Comfort Plus Products Ltd. is a leading UK provider of mobility and comfort solutions. Since 2000, our family-run team has been designing and crafting reclining chairs and adjustable beds to support people with reduced mobility. Every chair and bed is made to order right here in the UK - a fact we couldn't be more proud of. We work closely with residents, families, and care providers to improve comfort, independence, and quality of life. Our approach is built on empathy, professionalism, and trust, ensuring every customer receives expert guidance and outstanding service.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help create exceptional experiences for our customers. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will drive our company van to different locations in the north of the country and help prepare and run our Comfort Experience Events, support our Comfort Specialists, keep everything organised behind the scenes and ensure every customer receives a warm and professional experience.

What you'll be doing

As our Sales Assistant, you will:

Help set up and pack down our Comfort Experience Events
Prepare refreshments and create a welcoming environment for customers
Keep our company vehicles clean, organised and stocked with everything needed for events
Prepare brochures, samples and customer information packs
Update customer records using our CRM system
Support our sales team with administration and event preparation
Assist with basic customer enquiries and product information (full training provided)
Build positive relationships with customers and scheme managers
Carry out weekly vehicle checks

What we are looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator
Reliable and able to work independently
Proactive and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or sales support would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We'll provide full training.

What you will receive

We will provide you with:

· 25 days of annual leave, plus your birthday, plus bank holidays

· Basic salary of £23k plus commission – OTE £35k to £40k

· Full product and sales support training
