Job Description:
True Traders Ltd, part of The True Group, is an Ecommerce retailer selling through multiple websites and channels.

We are looking for a telephone sales, customer services assistant with administration experience to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have telephone sales, customer services and administration experience gained in an ecommerce or retail environment. You will be a confident self-starter and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite telephone manner. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, can pick up new tasks quickly and has high attention to detail. You will need good computer skills and be an experienced user of Microsoft Office. Training on other systems will be given.

Standard working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

Processing customer telephone orders using the company order processing system.
Answering customer calls to deal with queries, advise on suitable products, check delivery information and general questions.
Responding to customer emails from our eCommerce channels in a timely manner.
Liaise with courier companies to investigate delivery and return issues.
General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processed smoothly.
Ad-hoc office administrative task as and when required.

Education:
GCSE English and Maths C grade and above.
