About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor with good Customer Support skills to join our Sales Team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email, and web platforms—providing quotes, processing orders, advising on products, and delivering the exceptional service R‑Tech is known for.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping customers, working as part of a team, and supporting the full sales cycle from enquiry to order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and online channels
Process quotes and orders (telephone & website)
Provide advice on our full product range
Maximise sales value and profitability on all orders
Support the customer service line and technical support line when required
Participate in company projects and attend trade shows
Order non‑stock items from approved third‑party suppliers

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
PC literate; able to operate multiple systems
Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to learn and explain technical product details
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised
Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
Knowledge or an interest in welding or engineering is an advantage
