HP Business Operations & Alliances Coordinator

Position Overview

As a HP Business Operations & Alliances Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and driving the growth of the HP business within Advania. This position combines administrative excellence with proactive vendor engagement, ensuring HP opportunities progress efficiently from identification through to closure.

You'll work closely with the Advania HP Alliances Manager and the HP Partner Business Manager, the successful candidate will provide operational support, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage deal registration activities, support pricing requests, and help ensure HP opportunities are progressed effectively and in line with agreed business objectives.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day administration of the HP vendor partnership.
Manage and maintain deal registration submissions and tracking.
Coordinate pricing requests and liaise with HP teams to secure competitive commercial support.
Monitor outstanding actions and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
Maintain accurate records and reporting relating to HP opportunities, incentives, pricing activity and business performance.
Support programme administration, promotions, incentives and vendor-funded initiatives.
Work closely with HP partner-facing teams to build productive working relationships.
Act as a key point of contact between Advania and HP operational teams.
Collaborate with the Advania HP Alliances Manager and HP Partner Business Manager to understand strategic priorities and business objectives.
Facilitate communication between sales, vendor, commercial and operational teams.
Escalate blockers and drive resolution to support customer and sales requirements.
Support the progression of HP opportunities through effective vendor engagement.
Help identify and maximise deal registration and funding opportunities.
Ensure opportunities receive appropriate vendor attention and support.
Assist in tracking pipeline activity and identifying opportunities requiring intervention
Support initiatives aimed at increasing HP revenue, profitability and market share.

Efficient management of HP deal registrations and pricing requests.
Strong engagement and relationships with HP stakeholders.
Improved turnaround times on vendor support requests.
Increased utilisation of HP funding, programmes and commercial incentives.
Positive feedback from sales teams, HP partners and internal stakeholders
Tangible contribution to HP business growth and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Proactive and driven approach to following up actions and achieving outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
