Job Summary

The Therapeutic Intervention Lead is a vital role responsible for overseeing and delivering specialised therapeutic programmes tailored to individual client needs. This position involves leading a team of therapists and support staff, ensuring the implementation of effective care plans, and maintaining high standards of client engagement and progress. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in IT systems utilised within therapeutic settings. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through innovative and compassionate intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate therapeutic interventions, ensuring they are personalised and goal-oriented.
Develop, review, and update care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Supervise and support therapy staff, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
Monitor client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to optimise outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication between clients, families, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and care plans using IT systems.
Organise training sessions for staff on new therapeutic techniques or updates to protocols.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory standards.

Experience

Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions within a clinical or community setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to care management and documentation.
Experience in developing and implementing personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential; however, a proactive approach to team support is required.
Knowledge of current best practices in therapeutic interventions and mental health support services is highly advantageous.
