Full job description

Seventy Five at Liberty is a two AA Rosette modern British restaurant located within Liberty London. Led by Head Chef Joe Holness, our menus focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with a strong emphasis on quality and refined execution.

We are looking for experienced Freelance Chefs who can confidently step into busy services, maintain high kitchen standards and make a positive contribution to the team.

The Role

Working alongside the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you’ll support preparation and service across the kitchen. You’ll need to adapt quickly, work confidently within an established team and deliver consistently throughout fast-paced services.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the kitchen team during preparation and service
Delivering high-quality dishes consistently
Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Following all food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
Assisting with section set-up, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Remaining calm, efficient and focused during busy services

About You

Proven experience working as a chef within a high-quality restaurant
Experience within a Michelin-starred or AA Rosette restaurant is preferred
Strong understanding of modern British food and seasonal cooking
Confident working within a busy professional kitchen
Reliable, organised and able to work effectively under pressure
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
Positive, professional and team-focused approach
Available for flexible freelance shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
