Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Ground Worker/Labourer and be a vital part of construction and site development projects! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to exciting building initiatives, and develop valuable skills in the driveway industry. Duties

Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up safety barriers
Support skilled tradespeople by transporting materials, tools, and equipment around the site
Help with excavation tasks, digging trenches, or moving earth as directed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to protect yourself and your team
Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
Support general site maintenance including waste disposal and minor repairs when needed
Experience in laying resin, blockpaving and Tarmac

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Experience to handle all machinery eg, digger, rollers
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
Reliable transportation to get to the worksite daily
