Job Summary

Jenkins Estate agents Ltd are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail will help foster a productive work environment. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
Provide exceptional phone etiquette by answering inquiries promptly and professionally
Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Support administrative functions by preparing reports, processing invoices, and managing records
Assist with clerical duties including typing documents, organizing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
Maintain organized digital and physical files for easy retrieval of information
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication across departments

Qualifications

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence
Knowledge of office equipment operation and basic troubleshooting is a plus
