Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls with professionalism, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling mail distribution.
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, as well as Google Workspace applications.
Maintain organized records of office supplies, appointments, and correspondence to support efficient office operations.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents for meetings.
Utilize computer skills including typing and data entry to update databases like QuickBooks or other relevant software.
Must be experienced with Little Hotelier

Qualifications

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and familiarity with administrative procedures.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and basic data entry.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with clerical work such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Typing speed that supports efficient handling of correspondence and data entry tasks.
Knowledge of office equipment including phones, printers, and fax machines is preferred but not required.
