Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company fleet . This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Manage and control the repair and servicing for our fleet of vehicles.
Liaising with garages and break down services.
Keeping accurate records of our fleet vehicles, ensuring MOTs, services and vehicle Tax is up to date.
Printing and preparing drawings for surveyors.
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with excellent phone etiquette.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
Proficiency in office software, particularly Word, Excel and preferably Sage.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong clerical skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
