As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and committed Sales Representative who shares our values and is passionate about helping customers improve their homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with knowledge of windows, doors, conservatories, and home improvement products. We offer a competitive commission structure with excellent earning potential for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and providing expert advice on our range of products and services. You will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and helping us continue to grow through outstanding service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer appointments and consultations in homes and commercial premises.
Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable window, door, and home improvement solutions.
Prepare and present quotations accurately and professionally.
Build strong relationships with customers through trust, honesty, and excellent service.
Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Represent the company's values and reputation at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in window, door, conservatory, glazing, or home improvement sales.
Strong product knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, composite doors, and related products.
Proven ability to build rapport and close sales.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Full UK driving licence.
A commitment to delivering high standards and treating customers fairly.
