Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Ecommerce & Social Media Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business, helping to grow our ecommerce brands, increase online sales, and improve our social media presence.

As a small and fast-growing business, we’re looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, learns quickly, works efficiently, and is happy to get involved wherever needed. You’ll work closely with the CEO, so excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential.

This role combines ecommerce, social media, content creation, customer service, administration, marketing, and general business operations. You’ll also assist with order processing, packing, stock management, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across ecommerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and our website.
Create engaging content including photos, videos, graphics and posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Assist with planning and managing social media content calendars.
Research, identify and build relationships with content creators, influencers and affiliates to help promote our brands and products.
Support influencer outreach, collaborations and marketing campaigns.
Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement, brand awareness and sales.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries via email, social media and ecommerce platforms.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
Assist with stock management, inventory checks and product quality control.
Carry out general administration including data entry, spreadsheets, reports and record keeping.
Assist with business research, product sourcing and implementing new ideas.
Support the CEO with day-to-day business activities and operational tasks.
Help maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace.
Carry out any other reasonable duties to support the growth of the business.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working closely with the CEO and maintaining regular communication throughout the day.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general computer systems.
Experience using social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Experience creating content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software is desirable.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, eBay or Etsy is an advantage but not essential.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop marketing ideas and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Ability to research, connect with and build relationships with content creators, influencers and business partners.
Comfortable communicating with suppliers, creators, customers and external partners.
Willingness to assist with operational tasks including order processing, packing products, stock organisation and general business operations.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Previous experience in ecommerce, administration, customer service, digital marketing, retail or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
