Full job description

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and forward-thinking Social Media & Content team member to join the founding team behind Matchday Collective, and the wider FANPARK brand, one of the UK’s leading fan experience brands.

This is a voluntary role and a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while helping shape Matchday Collective from the ground up, while contributing to FANPARK’s established presence. Sitting at the intersection of football, fashion, and culture, you’ll be involved across content, storytelling, and community building.

You’ll help bring both brands to life online, creating engaging content, building communities, and driving conversations across football culture through FANPARK activations and Matchday Collective.

What You’ll Do:

Create and publish engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
Write blogs, articles, and LinkedIn content for both brands and personal channels
Develop and send email newsletters and community updates
Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content from events and activations
Manage and post content across FANPARK and Matchday Collective platforms
Upload and promote events across Facebook, Reddit, and relevant fan communities
Engage with online audiences through comments, messages, and discussions
Tag and collaborate with influencers to increase reach and engagement
Help build and manage online communities and fan engagement strategies
Work alongside ambassadors and partners to grow both brands
Support content across our wider football-based projects and brands

What We’re Looking For:

A content creator, marketing, or media student/recent graduate with a proactive mindset
A passion for football, culture, and digital storytelling
Someone who understands social media and how to create engaging content
A strong eye for detail, creativity, and consistency
Confident writing skills and an interest in copywriting and content
Experience using social platforms and basic editing tools
A self-starter who’s organised, energetic, and ready to get stuck in
Someone who enjoys building communities and engaging with audiences
