Job Summary

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Cocktail Bartender and Waiter, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious cocktails, serve food and beverages with a smile, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in hospitality and food safety will help maintain a lively yet safe environment, making every shift exciting and rewarding. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional service.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and light snacks with precision and flair
Take orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food to guests
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible serving
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Skills

Strong knowledge of cocktails and hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages and snacks
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and measuring ingredients
Experience working in restaurants or bars is highly preferred
Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
Excellent serving skills combined with a personable attitude towards guests
Knowledge of <PERSON> (or similar) standards for responsible alcohol service is a plus
