Salary: £50,000–£70,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support

Exceptional Personal Assistant Opportunity in Oxshott

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly dynamic Personal Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur and their family from a beautiful private residence in Oxshott, Surrey. Someone with an event background would be ideal as this role involves lots of moving parts and the highest of organisational skills.We are looking for someone who is at the top of their game, based in Surrey and available to start over the next few weeks.

This is a predominantly personal role, with approximately 80% personal support and 20% business support, making it ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping busy people stay organised, efficient and one step ahead.

Working within a fast-paced private environment, no two days will ever be the same. This role would suit an individual who is naturally proactive, thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and takes real pride in delivering exceptional support.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is calm, resourceful and highly organised, with previous experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur or private family.

You will be someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs before they arise and enjoys creating order in a busy household and business environment.

You will ideally have:

Extensive experience supporting a high-net-worth individual or private family.
Events experience at the highest level would be advantageous.
Exceptional diary, calendar and appointment management skills.
A warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
Experience coordinating household operations and managing domestic staff.
Outstanding attention to detail and absolute discretion.
The confidence to make decisions independently and solve problems efficiently.
A trusted network of suppliers and professional contacts would be highly advantageous.

This is a role for someone who is adaptable, practical and willing to roll up their sleeves whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Complex diary and calendar management.
Travel planning and itinerary coordination.
Managing appointments and family schedules.
Coordinating household staff and overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a substantial private home.
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external professionals.
Event planning, lifestyle management and travel arrangements.
General personal administration.
Providing business support as required.

The Role

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based position working from the family’s home in Oxshott, Surrey.

A degree of flexibility is essential, with occasional support required outside normal office hours when circumstances demand.
