Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of our lively venue! Duties

Greet guests warmly as they arrive, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they step in
Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service to keep the energy high
Mix, serve, and garnish beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills, providing correct change and receipts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling beverages and ingredients
Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel at home
Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
A proactive attitude towards teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
<PERSON> (or similar) references that demonstrate reliability and positive work ethic are advantageous
