Job Summary

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Design Assistant to join our sales team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant environment, supporting the team with their projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

We welcome candidates eager to grow their professional skills within our industry.

Please note: Knowledge of and the ability to read technical drawings is essential, as this is required in our industry.

Duties

Assist using AutoCAD & Solid Works to create accurate 3D models and technical drawings.
Support project management tasks by organizing files, and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
Contribute to the creation of construction documents and detailed CAD drawings that adhere to project specifications and standards.
Maintain organized records of all project files, revisions, and correspondence for seamless workflow continuity.

Qualifications

Proficiency in , AutoCAD, Solid Works.
Experience with CAD software for drafting and technical detailing is required.
Strong project skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of construction processes and experience working on building projects is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and contractors.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of work - 0830-1700 Monday to Friday with flexibility as required
