Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Logistics Administrator to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients/depots to provide exceptional support, resolve queries efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and have a keen interest in delivering outstanding customer experiences. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers/depots via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
Provide detailed information about our financial services products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Analyse customer data to identify trends or issues and suggest improvements for service delivery.
Assist customers with account management, including updates, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, products, and industry regulations to deliver accurate advice.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (Mintsoft WMS)

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide insightful solutions.
Organised with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
