The Role
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at Utilita Bowl.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the UK's most diverse sports and leisure brands. Working across Hampshire Cricket, International Cricket, the Hilton Hotel, golf, conferences, events and leisure experiences, you'll create engaging visual content that inspires audiences and drives commercial success.
No two days are the same. One day you could be designing a campaign for the Vitality Blast Finals Day, the next producing creative for the Ashes, a luxury spa experience or our annual Fireworks display.
You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing, commercial, hospitality, cricket operations and events to deliver high-quality creative across digital, print and stadium assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling creative for Hampshire Cricket, Hampshire Hawks, Southern Brave and international cricket fixtures.
- Produce marketing assets for the Utilita Bowl, Boundary Lakes Golf Course, Hilton and eforea spa offerings.
- Create digital assets for web, email marketing, paid advertising and social media channels.
- Design printed collateral including brochures, signage, large-format graphics, programmes, menus and promotional materials.
- Produce matchday graphics including team announcements, results graphics, social content and stadium visuals.
- Ensure all creative work reflects individual brand guidelines while continually evolving the visual identity of our brands.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital production to a consistently high standard.
- Work with external suppliers, printers and production partners to deliver finished projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute ideas that enhance campaigns and improve audience engagement.
Experience and Qualifications
Required
· Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across both print and digital media.
· Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Strong typography, layout and branding skills.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and multiple deadlines.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
· Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or motion graphics.
· Experience within sport, hospitality, events or leisure marketing.
· Understanding of social media content trends and best practices.
· Experience designing email marketing and website assets.

Hours Of Work
Monday to Friday 40 hours between normal office hours
Some evenings and weekends may be required for major events and specific to the requirements
of the role.
