Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, adaptable, and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

As the central support function for our business, you will work across multiple departments, including Service, Sales, Finance, and Operations, providing administrative support wherever it is needed most. You will play a key role in ensuring our teams continue to operate efficiently by stepping in during busy periods, supporting projects, and helping departments meet their deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across Service, Sales, Finance, and other business functions.
Assist departments during peak workloads or when additional support is required.
Manage customer communications via phone and email.
Prepare quotations, reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Process orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
Maintain accurate records and company databases.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diaries where required.
Support internal projects and business improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities.
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to assist wherever needed.
Comfortable working across multiple departments and learning new processes.
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Previous administration experience is essential, with experience supporting multiple departments considered an advantage.
