Contract: Professional Services, Production & Technology

Location: Glenrothes, Fife - KY7 4ND

Hours of work: 22

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday + half day Wednesday Week 2: Half day Wednesday, Thursday + Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £14.08 - £28.16

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our Front of House team. As a Receptionist with ISS UK, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues, creating a positive first impression while delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused reception service.

Acting as a central point of contact across the site, you will support day-to-day operations, maintain effective communication between visitors and internal teams, and play a key role in ensuring an outstanding visitor experience.

The Role

Deliver a professional, friendly and welcoming service to all visitors, customers and colleagues.
Manage visitor arrivals, notify hosts promptly and maintain accurate visitor records.
Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Manage visitor bookings and issue visitor passes, access credentials and Wi-Fi access as required.
Coordinate stationery supplies, mail, couriers and deliveries.
Raise, manage and close service requests using relevant systems.
Carry out audits of keys, access cards and controlled assets, escalating issues where necessary.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders while achieving agreed service standards and KPI targets.About You

Previous experience in a reception, front of house, customer service or facilities support role.
Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong customer service focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and approachable manner.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Reliable, flexible and adaptable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Calm and professional under pressure.
Strong team player.
