Full job description

Role: International Sales Administrator

Location: Clapham Junction, SW11

Full Time: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Reports to: International Sales Manager

Starting Salary: £27-29k p/a (dependant on experience)

Benefits: Annual bonus scheme, Birthday day off, cycle scheme.

ROLE:

Advising and assisting international customers with all requests, orders queries and issues. Using your languages, customer service, and problem-solving to ensure the customers’ needs are met from the initial inquiry to processing the order and ensuring the goods arrive safely.

PERSONAL PROFILE:

Ability to handle customers, multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
Dynamism, enthusiasm, self-motivation. Ability to learn quickly and to cope with a wide range of technical information
Ability to make decisions, solve problems and take responsibility.

Advising and assisting all international clients with any request either by phone, email or face to face regarding using our products in their building and design projects.
Creating quotations, processing orders, organising despatch and delivery of goods, and issuing invoices.
Ensuring customers are satisfied before, during and after each order.
Maintaining relationships with our various local distributors worldwide.
Ensuring global deliveries have all necessary customs documentation and staying abreast of any changes in export regulations.

KEY SKILLS:

· English, French/Spanish to near native level desirable. Any other languages are an advantage.

· PC literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent telephone manner

· Excellent team spirit and positive outlook

· Knowledge of export, transportation & logistics

DAILY DUTIES:

· Dealing with general/technical enquiries by telephone, fax or email from overseas customers.

· Answering technical enquiries

· Processing orders

· Giving quotations

· Organising despatch and delivery of goods

· Liaising with courier to ensure the above

· Invoicing and Bill settlement

· General Admin; Exceptional organisation skills.
