Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with precision, consistency, and flair to meet menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in meal preparation by marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for grilling.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal flavor, texture, and presentation of each dish.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders efficiently and deliver excellent service during busy periods.
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for grilling operations, notifying management of shortages.
Serve finished dishes promptly while ensuring quality control and presentation standards are upheld.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to grilling and meat preparation.
